The heart of the project is a restaurant featuring signature cuisine from executive chef Oleg Azimov and the atmosphere of an elegant brasserie. Michèle's menu is the result of the chef's travels and explorations, offering comfortable gastronomy for every day, from early breakfast to a boisterous dinner.
Guests at the Angleterre Hotel begin their mornings with Michèle—from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM on weekdays and until 11:00 AM on weekends, a buffet breakfast featuring fresh pastries, morning classics, and the chef's signature dishes is served.
From 12:00 PM, Michèle serves its main menu, featuring onion soup and Le Charlot salad, inspired by Parisian cafés, along with an appetizer of reconstituted beets from fermentation chef Nikolai Berezin and dim sum with Kamchatka crab. Along with signature interpretations of dishes, it's always a good idea to order fries with a glass of champagne or ask for a chicken leg with mashed potatoes—it's not on the menu, but they'll prepare it like in your favorite French brasseries.
In the back of the restaurant is an evening piano bar with a cocktail menu by Igor Vaulin and Taras Zavalnyuk and a vintage piano that excites live music lovers.
A movie at Cinéma Michèle can be seamlessly combined with dinner before or after the screening. This renovated cinema in Angleterre, with its "Midnight in Paris" atmosphere, focuses on arthouse films and cult classics in both original and dubbed languages. Guests gather in advance for a pre-screening aperitif in the bar, and during the screening, bar service is suspended, giving way to the magic of cinema.
