Check-in time: from 2:00 PM

Check-out time: before 12:00 ( noon )

Early check-in and late check-out: available upon request, subject to availability and at a charge.

Children: Baby cot is free of charge for children under 3 years old.

Extra bed: Rollaway beds are available upon request and at a charge (exceptions apply depending on room category).

Cancellation policy: Reservation can be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior 2:00 PM of the day of arrival (unless otherwise is specified in the rate plan).

Pets policy: Dogs up to 10 kg are allowed upon request. Aditional fee applies. Learn more.

Payment: Payment for accommodation and hotel services are accepted in Russian rubles in cash or by bank cards issued by banks registered in the Russian Federation.

Check-in: On check-in Russian citizens are required to provide an original passport; children are required to provide an original birth certificate.
